1. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders sitewide, with no minimum purchase required. From time to time, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are verified, compiled, and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Because we source our modern parenting essentials from high-quality global suppliers to keep our prices low, standard delivery times typically range between 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and carrier processing times. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update natively in the carrier's system.  

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
The Innovative Abode is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
